6.2 Part 3 Working Baseline

The Part 3 FX Demo Logical Profile must be in place as a working baseline before Phase 0 implementation begins.

The working baseline identifies the FX logical Nodes, logical Node Roles, logical Communication Endpoints, logical information structures, Runtime Planes, interaction patterns, governance relationships, traceability relationships, and logical requirements that Part 4 maps to implementation artifacts.

Phase 0 implementation work must preserve traceability to that baseline. A Phase 0 implementation artifact must identify the FX logical element, implementation concern, or supporting function it realizes or supports.

A later change to the Part 3 working baseline may require review of affected Phase 0 implementation mappings, IDL structures, DDS Topic mappings, generated types, Quality of Service (QoS) profiles, repository artifacts, scripts, and Developer Handbook rules.
