P3-REQ-17-11-008
Statement
FX Runtime Plane Traceability SHALL relate FX logical interactions and information exchanges to their FX Runtime Plane classification.
Source
Part 3, Section 17.11: FX Logical Traceability Requirements.
Rationale
Runtime Plane Traceability identifies the Runtime Plane classification associated with every logical interaction and information exchange. This relationship preserves architectural intent, enables consistent interpretation of runtime responsibilities, and supports governance, interoperability, and architectural review without prescribing implementation-specific deployment environments or middleware technologies.
Maintaining Runtime Plane Traceability ensures that runtime responsibilities remain explicit throughout the architectural lifecycle.
Applies To
This requirement applies to all FX logical interactions and information exchanges within the FX Demo Logical Profile.
It applies specifically to:
-
Runtime Plane classifications;
-
logical interactions;
-
information exchanges;
-
architectural governance; and
-
derived Implementation Profiles.
Verification
Verification SHALL confirm that Runtime Plane classifications are identified for applicable FX logical interactions and information exchanges.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:
-
Runtime Plane classifications are identified;
-
interactions and information exchanges are consistently classified;
-
Runtime Plane relationships are traceable; and
-
implementation-specific runtime technologies are not prescribed.
Traceability
This requirement establishes Runtime Plane traceability for FX logical interactions.
