P3-REQ-17-11-007
Statement
FX Information Structure Traceability SHALL relate FX logical information structures to inherited logical sources, conceptual sources, Nodes, endpoints, interactions, Runtime Planes, governance constraints, lineage, and evidence expectations.
Source
Part 3, Section 17.11: FX Logical Traceability Requirements.
Rationale
Information Structure Traceability establishes the complete architectural lineage of every FX logical information structure. By relating information structures to their conceptual and logical origins, participating Nodes, Communication Endpoints, interactions, Runtime Plane classifications, governance constraints, lineage, and evidence expectations, the FX Demo Logical Profile preserves architectural meaning, consistency, and interoperability throughout the lifecycle.
Maintaining these relationships enables architectural review, governance, and impact analysis while remaining independent of implementation-specific data technologies.
Applies To
This requirement applies to all FX logical information structures within the FX Demo Logical Profile.
It applies specifically to:
-
logical information structures;
-
participating Nodes;
-
Communication Endpoints;
-
Runtime Plane classifications;
-
governance constraints;
-
evidence expectations; and
-
derived Implementation Profiles.
Verification
Verification SHALL confirm that each FX logical information structure maintains the required traceability relationships.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:
-
conceptual and logical source relationships are identified;
-
participating Nodes, endpoints, and interactions are traceable;
-
Runtime Plane classifications and governance constraints are represented; and
-
lineage and evidence expectations are maintained.
Traceability
This requirement establishes traceability for FX logical information structures.
