P3-REQ-17-11-009

FX Interaction Traceability SHALL relate FX logical interaction patterns to inherited Part 2 interaction patterns, Nodes, roles, endpoints, information structures, Runtime Planes, governance constraints, and evidence expectations.

Part 3, Section 17.11: FX Logical Traceability Requirements.

Interaction Traceability establishes the architectural lineage of every FX logical interaction pattern. By relating interactions to inherited Part 2 interaction patterns, participating Nodes, roles, Communication Endpoints, information structures, Runtime Plane classifications, governance constraints, and evidence expectations, the FX Demo Logical Profile preserves architectural consistency, interoperability, and governance throughout the logical architecture.

Maintaining these relationships supports architectural review, impact analysis, and conformance while remaining independent of implementation-specific communication technologies.

This requirement applies to all FX logical interaction patterns within the FX Demo Logical Profile.

It applies specifically to:

  • logical interaction patterns;
  • participating Nodes;
  • Communication Endpoints;
  • information structures;
  • Runtime Plane classifications;
  • governance constraints; and
  • derived Implementation Profiles.

Verification SHALL confirm that each FX logical interaction pattern maintains the required traceability relationships.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  • inherited interaction patterns are identified;
  • participating Nodes, roles, and endpoints are traceable;
  • Runtime Plane classifications and governance constraints are represented; and
  • evidence expectations are maintained.

This requirement establishes traceability for FX logical interaction patterns.
