Statement
FX logical traceability SHALL support later traceability from FX logical profile elements to implementation artefacts, deployment artefacts, test scenarios, runtime observations, audit records, provenance records, and evidence packages.

Rationale
The FX Demo Logical Profile serves as the platform-independent foundation for subsequent implementation, deployment, testing, operation, auditing, and evidence collection. Logical traceability must therefore extend beyond the logical architecture so that implementation artefacts, deployment artefacts, test scenarios, runtime observations, audit records, provenance records, and evidence packages can all be related back to their originating logical profile elements.
Maintaining this end-to-end traceability supports lifecycle governance, verification, auditability, impact analysis, and conformance assessment while preserving the separation between logical architecture and implementation technologies.
Applies To
This requirement applies to all FX logical profile elements that are realized by later implementation activities.
It applies specifically to:

implementation artefacts;

deployment artefacts;
-
test scenarios;
-
runtime observations;
-
audit records;
-
provenance records;
-
evidence packages; and
-
derived Implementation Profiles.
Verification
Verification SHALL confirm that the FX Demo Logical Traceability Model supports lifecycle traceability from logical profile elements to later implementation and operational artefacts.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

implementation artefacts can be traced to originating logical profile elements;
-
deployment artefacts maintain logical traceability;
-
test scenarios are traceable to logical architecture;
-
runtime observations, audit records, provenance records, and evidence packages preserve traceability relationships; and
-
implementation-specific repositories or tooling are not prescribed.
Traceability
This requirement establishes end-to-end lifecycle traceability extending from the FX Demo Logical Profile into later implementation and operational activities.
