The Phase 0 Implementation Profile applies the following preconditions:

The Part 3 FX Demo Logical Profile exists as a working baseline.

The Phase 0 Developer Handbook exists and receives approval.

The repository baseline exists.

IDL and a generation baseline exist.

A logging and exception-handling baseline exists.

A traceability baseline exists.

Phase 0 coding does not begin before the Developer Handbook exists and receives approval.
