15.12 Script Usage Requirements

The Developer Handbook must define how contributors use Phase 0 scripts.

Script usage requirements must identify:

1. Purpose of each approved script
2. Required inputs
3. Expected outputs
4. Affected artifacts
5. Logging behavior
6. Error-handling behavior
7. Prerequisites
8. Cleanup behavior
9. Review expectations
10. Relationship to the Phase 0 implementation baseline

Scripts that generate artifacts, alter repository state, start implementation participants, stop implementation participants, or affect Traceability must follow handbook rules. Contributors must not use unapproved scripts to create or modify baseline artifacts.
