P1-REQ-13-5-003

The Data Plane SHALL carry Domain and analytical information among Nodes.

Part 1, Section 13.5: Runtime Plane Requirements.

The Data Plane provides the conceptual runtime plane for carrying Domain and analytical information among Nodes. It separates business and analytical information exchange from control, health, policy release, and audit concerns.

This requirement preserves Data Plane purpose and supports later logical and implementation mappings that carry information without redefining the conceptual plane.

This requirement applies to Data Plane definitions and references within the Conceptual Architecture.

It applies specifically to:

  • Domain information
  • Analytical information
  • Node-to-Node information exchange
  • Data Plane communication
  • Data Plane traceability

Verification SHALL confirm that the Data Plane carries Domain and analytical information among Nodes.

Verification activities include review checks confirming that:

  • Data Plane descriptions identify Domain information exchange
  • Data Plane descriptions identify analytical information exchange
  • Data Plane descriptions relate information exchange to Nodes
  • Data Plane descriptions remain distinct from Control Plane coordination and Policy and Release Plane release
