This requirement prevents deployment, testability, or evidence planning from redefining inherited conceptual meaning. It preserves the separation between conceptual architecture and operational realization.

This requirement applies to Deployment, Testability, and Evidence Plans that inherit conceptual definitions from Part 1.

It applies specifically to:

• Deployment planning
• Testability planning
• Evidence planning
• Operational realization
• Inherited conceptual definitions

Verification SHALL confirm that each Deployment, Testability, and Evidence Plan preserves the conceptual definitions inherited from Part 1.

Verification activities include review checks confirming that:

• Deployment terms trace to inherited conceptual definitions where applicable
• Testability material preserves inherited conceptual meaning
• Evidence material preserves inherited conceptual meaning
• Deployment artifacts do not redefine conceptual elements
• Evidence records support claims without replacing conceptual definitions
