Evidence SHALL preserve Traceability to the relevant conceptual, logical, implementation, deployment, execution, or Governance and Authority context.

Rationale
Evidence has value when reviewers can understand the context it supports. Traceability to conceptual, logical, implementation, deployment, execution, or governance and authority context allows Evidence to support review, auditability, reconstruction, conformance assessment, and defensibility.
This requirement prevents Evidence from becoming disconnected from the architectural, operational, or governance context that gives it meaning.
