A Conformance Determination records the outcome of a Conformance Assessment.
The determination identifies whether the assessed subject satisfies the applicable Requirements and therefore achieves Conformance.
A Conformance Determination is based on the applicable Conformance Criteria, Conformance Points, and supporting Evidence defined by the applicable Conformance Model.

A Conformance Determination differs from a Conformance Claim.
A Conformance Claim records what a party asserts.
A Conformance Determination records the outcome reached after evaluating the identified subject against the applicable Requirements and Conformance Criteria.
Example
Following a Conformance Assessment, an assessor records that a DIDO-TE implementation conforms to the applicable Requirements.
