P4-REQ-21-2-001

The Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM SHALL define a phase-specific implementation baseline for the FX Demo.

Part 4, Section 21.2: Phase 0 Profile Requirements.

A phase-specific implementation baseline establishes the controlled scope of implementation work for Phase 0. It identifies the implementation context to which Phase 0 artefacts, mappings, conventions, governance, and traceability apply.

Without a defined Phase 0 baseline, implementation artefacts could be introduced without a clear relationship to the selected development phase or the architectural elements they realise.

This requirement applies to:

  • the Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM;
  • Phase 0 implementation artefacts;
  • Phase 0 implementation mappings; and
  • Phase 0 implementation governance and traceability.

Verification SHALL confirm that the Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM explicitly defines a phase-specific implementation baseline for the FX Demo.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  • the Phase 0 implementation scope is identified;
  • baseline implementation artefacts are distinguishable from non-baseline material;
  • the baseline is governed by Part 4; and
  • later-phase implementation capabilities are not implicitly included in the Phase 0 baseline.

This requirement establishes the implementation baseline to which the remaining Phase 0 implementation requirements and mappings apply.
