15.7 Coding Style Requirements

The Developer Handbook must define coding style requirements for Phase 0 hand-authored implementation code.

Coding style requirements must cover:

  1. Source file organization
  2. Module organization
  3. Function and method naming
  4. Class naming where classes are used
  5. Constant naming
  6. Documentation comments
  7. Imports and dependencies
  8. Error-return or exception patterns
  9. Configuration access
  10. Logging calls
  11. Generated-type usage
  12. Wrapper or adapter patterns
  13. Unit-level review expectations where applicable

Coding style requirements must support readability, maintainability, Traceability, and review. They must also distinguish hand-authored logic from generated code.
