14.2 Repository Organization Principles

Go To Phase 0 Repository and Build Artifact Model

The Phase 0 repository organization applies the following principles.

Each repository location identifies:

  • Artifact category it contains
  • Implementation purpose of that artifact category
  • Whether the artifacts are hand-authored, generated, configured, documented, or temporary
  • Relationship to Part 3 FX logical elements where applicable
  • Relationship to Phase 0 implementation mappings where applicable
  • Applicable Developer Handbook rules
  • Applicable review expectations
  • Regeneration, cleanup, or exclusion rules where applicable

The repository must avoid mixing governed source artifacts, generated artifacts, temporary artifacts, and local developer artifacts in ways that obscure Traceability or review.
