8.6 FX Semantic Interpretation Node Mapping
Go To Mapping from FX Logical Nodes to Implementation Artifacts
The FX Semantic Interpretation Node maps to the Phase 0 implementation artifact that applies Phase 0 semantic interpretation logic to validated FX transaction information.
The implementation artifact performs the Semantic Interpretation Role. It consumes validation results and applicable transaction information, applies the selected Phase 0 semantic interpretation approach, produces an implementation representation of an FX Semantic Assertion, and publishes that assertion through the DDS Topic that realizes the FX Semantic Interpretation Endpoint.
Table 8-4: FX Semantic Interpretation Node implementation mapping.
| Mapping Concern | Phase 0 Implementation Treatment |
|---|---|
| FX logical Node | FX Semantic Interpretation Node |
| Primary Node Role | Semantic Interpretation Role |
| Primary Runtime Plane | FX Logical Data Plane |
| Supporting Runtime Planes | FX Logical Audit and Provenance Plane; FX Logical Policy and Release Plane, where semantic classification affects release. |
| Primary implementation responsibility | Apply the Phase 0 semantic interpretation logic and publish semantic assertions. |
| Primary DDS interactions | Subscribe to validation and transaction-related DDS Topics as required; publish to the DDS Topic that realizes the FX Semantic Interpretation Endpoint. |
| Primary data artifacts | IDL and generated types representing the FX Validation Result, the FX Transaction Record or candidate reference, and the FX Semantic Assertion. |
| Supporting artifacts | Semantic interpretation helper module, semantic mapping configuration, logging helper, and traceability metadata. |
| Traceability expectation | Implementation artifact traces to the FX Semantic Interpretation Node, Semantic Interpretation Role, FX Semantic Interpretation Endpoint, and FX Semantic Assertion. |
