P4-REQ-21-15-001
Statement
The Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM SHALL identify implementation artifacts prepared for Part 5 deployment, testability, operation, observation, and evidence planning.
Source
Part 4, Section 21.15: Part 5 Handoff Requirements.
Rationale
Part 5 depends on a controlled set of implementation artifacts produced and governed by Part 4.
Explicitly identifying those artifacts establishes a clear boundary between defining the Phase 0 implementation baseline and using that baseline for deployment, testability, operation, observation, and evidence planning.
Applies To
This requirement applies to:
-
Phase 0 implementation artifacts;
-
implementation mappings;
-
configuration artifacts;
-
scripts;
-
repository artifacts; and
-
implementation traceability records.
Verification
Verification SHALL confirm that the Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM identifies the implementation artifacts prepared for Part 5.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:
-
deployment-relevant artifacts are identified;
-
testability-relevant artifacts are identified;
-
observation and operation inputs are identified;
-
evidence-planning inputs are identified; and
-
the handoff remains limited to the approved Phase 0 implementation baseline.
Traceability
This requirement establishes the controlled implementation baseline that Part 4 provides to Part 5.
