P4-REQ-21-15-013

Part 4 SHALL NOT define deployment topology, runtime operations, test execution, acceptance evidence, runtime evidence, dashboards, Kubernetes or K3s deployment, Crucible scenarios, or final evidence packages.

Part 4, Section 21.15: Part 5 Handoff Requirements.

Part 4 defines the Phase 0 implementation profile and prepares implementation artifacts for later use. Deployment, execution, operational observation, testing, and evidence collection belong to Part 5.

Maintaining this boundary prevents deployment and evidence concerns from being embedded into the implementation-profile definition.

This requirement applies to:

  • deployment topology;
  • runtime operations;
  • test execution;
  • acceptance and runtime evidence;
  • dashboards;
  • Kubernetes and K3s deployment;
  • Crucible scenarios; and
  • final evidence packages.

Verification SHALL confirm that Part 4 does not define concerns assigned to Part 5.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  • deployment topology is not defined by Part 4;
  • runtime operational procedures are not defined by Part 4;
  • test execution and results are not defined by Part 4;
  • final evidence collection and packaging are not defined by Part 4; and
  • implementation artifacts are prepared for, rather than substituted for, Part 5 activities.

This requirement establishes the boundary between the Part 4 Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM and the Part 5 Deployment, Testability, and Evidence Plan.
