P3-REQ-17-9-006
Statement
Each FX logical interaction pattern SHALL identify the FX Runtime Plane or FX Runtime Planes involved.
Source
Part 3, Section 17.9: FX Logical Interaction Requirements.
Rationale
Every logical interaction occurs within one or more FX Runtime Planes that define its architectural purpose. Identifying the Runtime Plane or Runtime Planes associated with each interaction preserves separation of concerns, clarifies architectural responsibilities, supports governance, and enables traceability while remaining independent of deployment environments, communication technologies, and runtime infrastructure.
Maintaining Runtime Plane identification for every interaction also enables consistent realization across different Implementation Profiles while preserving the architectural intent of the interaction.
Applies To
This requirement applies to every FX logical interaction pattern defined by the FX Demo Logical Profile.
It applies specifically to:
-
Runtime Plane allocation;
-
logical interaction architecture;
-
separation of concerns;
-
architectural governance; and
-
derived Implementation Profiles.
Verification
Verification SHALL confirm that every FX logical interaction pattern identifies the applicable FX Runtime Plane or Runtime Planes.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:
-
participating Runtime Planes are identified;
-
Runtime Plane responsibilities are consistent with the logical architecture;
-
separation of concerns is preserved; and
-
implementation-specific runtime technologies are not prescribed.
Traceability
This requirement establishes the Runtime Plane allocation for FX logical interaction patterns.
