P4-REQ-21-6-002

Each IDL structure SHALL identify the FX logical information structure it realises.

Part 4, Section 21.6: Information Structure Mapping Requirements.

An IDL structure must identify the logical information structure it realizes so that its implementation purpose and architectural source remain explicit.

This relationship enables backward review from implementation data definitions to the authoritative Part 3 logical information model.

This requirement applies to:

  • governed IDL structures;
  • source IDL files;
  • FX logical information structures; and
  • implementation mapping records.

Verification SHALL confirm that each IDL structure identifies the FX logical information structure it realizes.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  • the applicable FX logical information structure is identified;
  • the IDL representation is consistent with that logical structure;
  • mapping metadata is reviewable; and
  • the logical information structure remains authoritative.

This requirement establishes backward traceability from each Phase 0 IDL structure to its Part 3 FX logical information structure.
