The Logical Governance Model SHALL define Logical Ownership of Definitions, Logical Versioning, Logical Compatibility, Logical Change Control, Logical Admission Rules, and Logical Policy Constraints.

Rationale
The Logical Governance Model is composed of complementary governance capabilities that collectively preserve the integrity, consistency, and evolution of the Logical Architecture. Defining these governance elements establishes a common framework for ownership, compatibility, change management, admission, and policy across all logical elements.

later profiles preserve the Logical Governance Model.
Traceability
