Rationale
The Logical Governance Model establishes the platform-independent framework for governing logical definitions, relationships, responsibilities, compatibility, and change. Defining a Logical Governance Model ensures that governance responsibilities remain consistent across Domain Logical Profiles, Implementation Profiles, and later lifecycle activities without depending on specific governance technologies or organizational processes.

It applies specifically to:

Logical Architecture / PIM;

Implementation Profiles.
Verification
Verification SHALL confirm that the Logical Architecture / PIM defines a Logical Governance Model.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

a Logical Governance Model is explicitly defined;

governance responsibilities are identified;

the model remains platform independent; and
-
later profiles preserve the Logical Governance Model.
Traceability
