Phase 0 establishes the first controlled implementation baseline for the FX Demo. It demonstrates that the repository, development environment, generated artifacts, DDS type generation, node implementation pattern, Control Plane, limited Data Plane, containers, tooling, documentation, and acceptance process can be built, run, reviewed, and reproduced consistently.
Phase 0 intentionally does not attempt to implement the complete Financial Systems Archetype, production deployment, or the full FX demonstration. The purpose of this section is to define the boundaries of the Phase 0 baseline so that implementation effort remains focused on the agreed objectives.
