Return to Phase 0 Non-Goals

Phase 0 does not produce a production-ready financial system. It creates an executable demonstration baseline that the team can build, run, inspect, and review.

Production readiness would require additional work, including:

1. Hardened security.
2. Operational monitoring.
3. Deployment automation.
4. Resilience testing.
5. Performance testing.
6. Access control.
7. Production data handling.
8. Support procedures.
9. Backup and recovery planning.
10. Formal operational governance.

Phase 0 may introduce patterns that later production work can refine, but the team should not represent Phase 0 artifacts as production-ready components.
