FX Node Traceability SHALL relate an FX logical Node to inherited logical sources, conceptual sources, Node Roles, responsibilities, endpoints, Runtime Plane participation, interactions, governance relationships, and evidence expectations.
Part 3, Section 17.11: FX Logical Traceability Requirements.
Node Traceability establishes the complete architectural lineage of every FX logical Node. By relating Nodes to their conceptual origins, inherited logical sources, responsibilities, communication endpoints, Runtime Plane participation, governance relationships, interactions, and evidence expectations, reviewers can understand how each Node contributes to the overall logical architecture.
Maintaining these relationships supports architectural governance, impact analysis, interoperability, and conformance while remaining independent of implementation technologies.
This requirement applies to all FX logical Nodes within the FX Demo Logical Profile.
It applies specifically to:
Verification SHALL confirm that each FX logical Node maintains the required traceability relationships.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:
This requirement establishes traceability for FX logical Nodes.
