This section defines the acceptance criteria for the Phase 0 Baseline. Acceptance criteria help the team decide whether the Repository, tooling, generated Artifacts, Nodes, Control Plane, Data Plane, containers, documentation, and Evidence satisfy the purpose of Phase 0.
