Part 4 prepares implementation artefacts for [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:o:observation|Observation]] by defining the conventions and artefacts that expose implementation behaviour.

Observation preparation includes:

Part 5 defines how the Phase 0 environment observes those behaviours during [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:d:deployment|Deployment]], execution, testing, and review.

Part 4 identifies the behaviour that implementation artefacts must expose. Part 5 defines the Observation approach used to collect, display, evaluate, and preserve that behaviour.
