16.4 FX Logical Data Structures Remain Distinct from Serialisation Formats

Go To FX Demo Logical Rules and Constraints

An FX logical information structure describes FX information meaning, structure, constraints, lineage, governance context, and Traceability expectations of FX information at the platform-independent logical profile level. It does not represent an IDL structure, Protocol Buffers message, JSON Schema definition, XML Schema definition, Avro schema, OpenAPI schema, database table, ontology class, generated type, file, or wire-format payload.

Implementation profiles select data representation mechanisms that realise FX logical information structures. The selected representation supports implementation, exchange, storage, validation, interpretation, computation, release, or Evidence capture. It does not redefine the FX logical information structure.
