12.2 Register FX Logical Node
Go To FX Demo Logical Interaction Patterns
The Register FX Logical Node pattern allows an FX logical Node to announce its identity, roles, capabilities, supported endpoints, supported FX information definitions, supported Runtime Planes, lifecycle state, version context, and compatibility metadata.
The registering FX logical Node provides its FX logical Node identity, FX logical Node Roles, supported FX logical Communication Endpoints, supported FX logical information-structure versions, lifecycle state, and governance or compatibility metadata.
The registration interaction belongs primarily to the Logical Control Plane. It also supports the Logical Health and Observability Plane when registration includes operational state, and it supports the Logical Audit and Provenance Plane when the FX Demo records registration for review or Evidence.
Table 12-1: Register FX Logical Node interaction pattern.
| Element | FX logical treatment |
|---|---|
| Primary Runtime Plane | Logical Control Plane |
| Producing FX Node Role | Registry participant or registering FX logical Node |
| Consuming FX Node Role | Registry and Coordination Role |
| Primary information | FX Node registration information |
| Supporting information | FX logical Node identity, Node Roles, supported endpoints, supported information definitions, lifecycle state, version metadata |
| Traceability expectation | Registration traces to FX logical Node identity, FX Node Roles, supported endpoints, supported information definitions, and compatibility metadata |
| Evidence expectation | Registration records support review of FX Node participation, capability advertisement, and compatibility context |
