P4-REQ-21-8-003

Each interaction realization SHALL identify the implementation participants involved.

Part 4, Section 21.8: Interaction Pattern Realization Requirements.

Identifying participating implementation artifacts makes the allocation of responsibilities within each realized interaction explicit.

This allows reviewers to determine which Phase 0 participants perform the producing, consuming, processing, control, observation, or supporting responsibilities required by the interaction.

This requirement applies to:

  • implementation participants;
  • runtime participants;
  • implementation node modules; and
  • interaction mapping records.

Verification SHALL confirm that each interaction realization identifies all implementation participants involved.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  • producing participants are identified;
  • consuming participants are identified;
  • intermediate or supporting participants are identified where applicable; and
  • each participant maps to an applicable logical responsibility.

This requirement connects Phase 0 interaction realizations to the implementation participants that perform the applicable logical responsibilities.
