P4-REQ-21-12-008

Each approved script SHALL identify its relationship to the Phase 0 implementation baseline.

Part 4, Section 21.12: Script and Execution Requirements.

Approved scripts may support baseline generation, preparation, execution, cleanup, or review, but not every script necessarily has the same baseline status or authority.

Identifying the relationship to the Phase 0 implementation baseline allows reviewers to determine whether a script is governed, supporting, temporary, or non-baseline and how its outputs should be treated.

This requirement applies to:

  • approved scripts;
  • baseline scripts;
  • generated outputs;
  • repository workflow; and
  • script review records.

Verification SHALL confirm that each approved script identifies its relationship to the Phase 0 implementation baseline.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  • baseline status is identifiable;
  • the script's approved purpose is consistent with that status;
  • affected artifacts are handled according to baseline rules; and
  • non-baseline scripts cannot be confused with approved baseline automation.

This requirement connects script status and behavior to the controlled Phase 0 implementation baseline.
