The Health and Observability Plane SHALL support observation of operational condition and behavior.

Part 1, Section 13.5: Runtime Plane Requirements.

The Health and Observability Plane provides the conceptual runtime plane for observing operational condition and behavior. It separates observation from domain information exchange, operational coordination, policy release, and audit provenance.

This requirement supports later logical and implementation mappings for health, status, metrics, events, and observability without making those mechanisms the conceptual definition.

This requirement applies to Health and Observability Plane definitions and references within the Conceptual Architecture.

It applies specifically to:

• Operational condition
• Operational behavior
• Health observations
• Observability information
• Runtime monitoring concepts

Verification SHALL confirm that the Health and Observability Plane supports observation of operational condition and behavior.

Verification activities include review checks confirming that:

• Health and Observability Plane descriptions identify operational condition
• Health and Observability Plane descriptions identify operational behavior
• Observation remains distinct from operational coordination
• Observation remains distinct from audit and provenance claims
