4.5.2.4 Publication of the Specification

If the Submission is adopted, the submitter MUST grant OMG and its sublicensees a worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, store, duplicate, and distribute both the specification and works derived from the specification, such as revisions and teaching materials.

This requirement applies only to the written specification. This requirement does not apply to any implementation of the specification.
