The Logical Control Plane SHALL support operational coordination among Logical Nodes.

Part 2, Section 16.6: Logical Runtime Plane Requirements.

The Logical Control Plane provides the architectural foundation for coordinating the behavior of Logical Nodes. Separating operational coordination from information exchange and governance preserves a clear separation of architectural concerns while supporting platform-independent control interactions.

This requirement applies to the Logical Control Plane.

It applies specifically to:

• Logical Control Plane;
• Logical Nodes;
• Control interactions; and
• Logical Interaction Patterns.

Verification SHALL confirm that the Logical Control Plane supports operational coordination among Logical Nodes.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

• operational coordination responsibilities are assigned to the Logical Control Plane;
• participating Logical Nodes are identified;
• control interactions remain platform independent; and
• implementation technologies do not redefine the Logical Control Plane.

This requirement supports traceability between Logical Control Plane interactions, Logical Nodes, and Logical Control interaction patterns.
