Part 6: Cost Recovery, Compensation, and Settlement Plane
Abstract
Part 6 defines the governed node service architecture used to describe, register, operate, monitor, and control distributed services within the Financial Systems Archetype. It focuses on how governed nodes expose capabilities, participate in runtime planes, satisfy non-functional expectations, report health, support auditability, and remain traceable to architectural purpose. Part 6 establishes the service-level concepts needed to treat nodes as governed architectural participants rather than isolated technical components. It supports later market, governance, and operational models by defining the common service foundation.

Notes for Editors
This document should be maintained as a set of linked wiki pages rather than a single monolithic page. Each major section should have its own stable URI so it can be referenced from other wiki pages, exported documents, presentations, AI-assisted tools, and semantic models.
Do not rename pages once they have been cited externally unless a redirect or move plan is in place.
