Return to Risks and Open Decisions

The team should identify dependencies that may affect the September 2026 demonstration. Phase 0 provides the first executable baseline, but the demonstration may require additional capabilities, Evidence, documentation, or stakeholder preparation.

Demo dependencies may include:

  1. Final tool selections.
  2. Working repository baseline.
  3. Successful prerequisite validation.
  4. DDS/IDL type-generation workflow.
  5. Container build and run workflow.
  6. Required Phase 0 Nodes.
  7. Control Plane status reporting.
  8. Control Plane command handling.
  9. Any required Data Plane placeholder or message flow.
  10. Logs and observability.
  11. Acceptance Evidence package.
  12. Demo script or operator guide.
  13. Reviewer or stakeholder briefing material.
  14. Hardware, operating system, or network assumptions for the demonstration environment.

The team should track demo dependencies actively. A dependency should not remain implicit if failure to resolve it could block the demonstration.
