This section defines how the team uses Git and review practices to control the Phase 0 Baseline. Git provides version control, but review provides discipline. Together, they help the team keep Repository structure, source files, generated Artifacts, scripts, Configuration, containers, tests, documentation, and Evidence traceable and reproducible.
