The FX Demo Logical Profile prepares FX logical elements for later technology mapping.

An Implementation Profile / [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:p:platform_specific_model|PSM]] maps FX logical elements such as:

  * FX logical [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:l:logical_node|Nodes]];
  * FX logical Node identities;
  * FX logical [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:l:logical_node_role|Node Roles]];
  * FX logical [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:l:logical_communication_endpoint|Communication Endpoints]];
  * FX logical information structures;
  * FX [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:r:runtime_plane|Runtime Plane]] classifications;
  * FX lifecycle states;
  * FX logical interaction patterns;
  * FX logical governance relationships; and
  * FX logical [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:t:traceability|Traceability]] relationships.

The implementation profile identifies the selected technology or artefact for each mapping and preserves [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:t:traceability|Traceability]] to the FX logical element that the artefact realises.
