5.3 Distributed Logical Node Network
The distributed logical node network consists of identifiable logical Nodes that communicate through explicit logical Communication Endpoints.
A logical Node represents a platform-independent participant in the logical architecture. Logical Node Roles include registration, health reporting, transaction intake, validation, semantic interpretation, policy evaluation, release control, audit recording, provenance recording, persistence, replay, and oversight support.
The Logical Architecture treats each logical Node as separately identifiable, even when a later implementation profile realizes several logical Nodes within one process, service, container, library, task, thread, or deployment unit. The logical separation supports review, responsibility assignment, Traceability, Evidence, and controlled evolution.
