The Logical Architecture / PIM SHALL remain platform independent.

The Logical Architecture / PIM SHALL NOT bind logical elements to DDS, IDL, Python, Kubernetes, K3s, Docker, RTI Connext DDS, Crucible, or other implementation-specific mechanisms.
