Return to Phase 0 Non-Goals

Phase 0 does not optimize for production performance. It does not attempt to prove throughput, latency, scalability, resource efficiency, high availability, or production-grade load behavior.

The team should avoid design choices that obviously block later performance work, but Phase 0 should prioritize clarity, traceability, repeatability, and observability over optimization.

Later phases may introduce performance benchmarks, load tests, profiling, resource tuning, QoS refinement, container optimization, and deployment scaling.
