Statement
The Logical Traceability Model SHALL define Traceability from Part 1 conceptual elements to Part 2 logical elements.

Rationale
The Logical Architecture refines, but does not replace, the Part 1 Conceptual Architecture. Explicit traceability preserves the relationship between conceptual intent and logical realization, supporting governance, review, impact analysis, and long-term architectural evolution.

It applies specifically to:

Conceptual elements; and

Logical elements.
Verification
Verification SHALL confirm that the Logical Traceability Model defines traceability from Part 1 conceptual elements to Part 2 logical elements.
Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

conceptual sources are identified;

logical elements trace to their conceptual origins;

traceability supports architectural review; and
-
conceptual meaning is preserved.
