===== Rationale =====

The Logical Data Plane provides the architectural pathway for exchanging domain and analytical information. Separating information exchange from operational coordination, governance, and observability preserves architectural clarity while supporting technology-independent communication.

This requirement applies to the Logical Data Plane.

It applies specifically to:

  * Logical Data Plane;
  * Logical Nodes;
  * Domain information; and
  * Analytical information.

===== Verification =====

Verification SHALL confirm that the Logical Data Plane carries domain and analytical information among Logical Nodes.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  * domain information is assigned to the Logical Data Plane;
  * analytical information is assigned to the Logical Data Plane;
  * participating Logical Nodes are identified; and
  * Logical Data Plane interactions remain platform independent.
