Interpretation-controlled transitions depend on the semantic interpretation of validated FX transaction information.
The FX Semantic Interpretation Node produces an FX Semantic Assertion. That assertion supports movement from validated transaction information to semantically interpreted transaction information. It provides semantic context for contract state management, cash-flow computation, policy evaluation, audit, provenance, replay, and Evidence review.
An interpretation-controlled transition identifies the validated input, FX Semantic Assertion, semantic source, semantic version, the producing FX Semantic Interpretation Node, timestamp, the resulting lifecycle state, and the provenance reference.
Interpretation-controlled transitions preserve the distinction between structural validity and semantic meaning. A transaction passes validation when it satisfies structure and constraint expectations. It becomes semantically interpreted when the FX Semantic Interpretation Node records governed meaning for the transaction.

Interpretation-controlled transitions do not prescribe FIBO, SBVR, OWL, RDF, a semantic repository, a rules engine, a database lookup, or a model execution mechanism.
Example
A validated FX Transaction Record moves to Semantically Interpreted when the FX Semantic Interpretation Node produces an FX Semantic Assertion identifying the transaction's governed FX meaning.
