FX Health and Observability Node
Discussion
The FX Health and Observability Node observes and reports operational conditions across the FX logical node network.
The FX Health and Observability Node performs health monitoring and observability responsibilities. It receives FX Node Status information, monitors lifecycle states, identifies degraded or failed logical conditions, publishes health observations, and supports operational review and evidence expectations.
The FX Health and Observability Node participates primarily in the FX Logical Health and Observability Plane. It also interacts with the FX Logical Control Plane when health observations trigger control commands or recovery coordination.
Definition

Note
The FX Health and Observability Node does not prescribe metrics tooling, dashboard tooling, telemetry format, log format, monitoring API, DDS status topic, REST endpoint, or deployment mechanism.
Example
The FX Health and Observability Node receives status reports from FX logical Nodes and records that the FX Validation Node moved from Running to Degraded.
