Rationale
A stable logical identity distinguishes the twin from the individual Twin Realizations that represent it.
The Twin Identifier provides the common identity needed to associate multiple Twin Realizations with the same Twin Identity and to preserve that identity when a Test Execution selects a different realization.
The Twin Identifier remains independent of container identifiers, process identifiers, host names, network addresses, DDS entity identifiers, and other realization-specific identifiers.
