NOD-001 — Define a Node

Go to C.3 Node Requirements

NOD-001 defines the requirements governing the description of a Node before the DIDO-TE provisions, configures, or executes the Node.

A Node Definition identifies the Node’s role, type, interfaces, dependencies, resource requirements, lifecycle behaviour, and observability requirements. The definition provides the controlled architectural and operational information required to determine how the Node participates in a Test Environment.

The subordinate leaf requirements decompose the definition of a Node into individually verifiable obligations. Collectively, these requirements establish whether a Node Definition contains sufficient information to support provisioning, configuration, execution, observation, control, and Traceability.
