6.4.7 RFP Traceability

Traceability establishes an explicit correspondence between the mandatory requirements of this RFP and the submitted specification.

1. Proposals SHALL include a traceability map.
2. Proposals SHALL link each mandatory requirement defined in Section 5 General Requirements on Proposals to one or more specific locations within the submitted specification.
3. Proposals SHALL link each mandatory requirement defined in Section 6 Specific Requirements on Proposals to one or more specific locations within the submitted specification.
4. Proposals SHALL identify how each mandatory requirement is satisfied within the submitted architecture.
5. Proposals SHALL identify any mandatory requirement that is not fully satisfied and provide justification.

A consolidated corpus of mandatory requirements is provided in Appendix C for convenience. The normative source of all requirements remains Sections 5 and 6.
