Final candidate OMG submissions often combine technologies before all technologies have been implemented in a single system. Nevertheless, the Business Committee expects evidence that each major feature has been implemented, preferably more than once, by separate organizations.

Pre-production implementations are acceptable.

Since the use of OMG specifications should not depend on any one platform, submissions should also demonstrate cross-platform availability and interoperability of implementations.
