The Phase 0 Implementation Profile applies the following preconditions:

• The Part 3 FX Demo Logical Profile exists as a working baseline.
• The Phase 0 Developer Handbook exists and receives approval.
• The repository baseline exists.
• IDL and a generation baseline exist.
• A logging and exception-handling baseline exists.
• A traceability baseline exists.
• Phase 0 coding does not begin before the Developer Handbook exists and receives approval.
