12.12 Replay or Reconstruct FX Information

Go To FX Demo Logical Interaction Patterns

The Replay or Reconstruct FX Information pattern reproduces, republishes, or reconstructs selected FX information from preserved audit, provenance, lineage, and evidence-supporting records.

The FX Replay and Reconstruction Node receives an FX Replay Request, identifies the replay or reconstruction scope, locates source records, follows provenance and lineage relationships, reconstructs selected information, produces an FX Replay Result, and records replay or reconstruction provenance.

The interaction primarily connects the Logical Control Plane, Logical Audit and Provenance Plane, and Logical Data Plane. The Logical Control Plane coordinates the request. The Logical Audit and Provenance Plane identifies preserved records and lineage. The Logical Data Plane carries replayed or reconstructed FX information when the profile republishes or reconstructs domain information.

Table 12-11: Replay or Reconstruct FX Information interaction pattern.

Element FX logical treatment
Primary Runtime Plane Logical Audit and Provenance Plane
Related Runtime Planes Logical Control Plane and Logical Data Plane
Producing FX Node Role Replay and Reconstruction Role
Consuming FX Node Role Audit Recording Role, Provenance Recording Role, Oversight Consumption Role, or requesting FX Node Role
Primary endpoints FX Replay Request Endpoint and FX Replay Result Endpoint
Primary information FX Replay Request and FX Replay Result
Supporting information Source records, provenance references, replay scope, reconstruction rules, timestamp, requesting Node or participant, purpose
Traceability expectation FX Replay Result traces to source records, FX Replay Request, reconstruction method, producing Node, and provenance reference
Evidence expectation Replay and reconstruction records support review of reproducibility, accountability, and Evidence sufficiency
